Hudson County Standing Together: Solidarity Rally with the People of Israel Wednesday, July 23, 2014 7:30 p.m. The Westin Jersey City Newport - Newport Ballroom 479 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City Doors open 6:30 p.m. Event begins 7:30 p.m. Please bring photo identification and allow time for traffic, parking, and security check-in. Please leave bags at home. Signs brought from outside will not be allowed in. Show solidarity with Israel and its right to defend its citizens - Jews, Muslims and Christians alike - from terror. Together, we will express our hopes for a speedy end to the intimidation and bloodshed that affects all who are involved in this conflict. Elected officials, civic leaders, religious leaders and Consulate of Israel representatives will be participating. Inexpensive parking is available at the Newport Mall South garage (park where the signs indicate for Newport Restaurants and then walk down the ramp leading right to the hotel entrance.
