Human Rights Commission decision is out today on the Garnetta Cromwell v Leons case. It was concluded that Ms. Cromwell was subjected to racial discrimination while working at Leons and she was awarded various damages including 18 months lost wages. Very detailed comprehensive decision. Press will have it tomorrow - I have the decision and can provide a copy of the decision to anyone who might be interested. Long time coming. Thank God that the right decision was made, for the credibility of our justice system, and for so many other reasons :)
