We wanted to take our time to really highlight who we are, what we do, how we do it and why we do it. As you know Hummazing is a Windsor based local start up. The idea started out of a basement with two flavours of hummus. That’s when two friends (Rami and Fadi) started the slow but confident path which is now a concept. From expos to festivals we took our 2 flavours and made them into 5 and then 10 and then we created the wrap and expanded our menu. We had a vision and a business plan and that’s when opportunity knocked and we ended up at Devonshire Mall. So What is Hummazing??? We are a unique concept, we are NOT Shawarma, we are NOT Middle Eastern food, we are NOT fast food, but WE ARE “Healthy Casual Fast Dining”. Our customers that have grown to love us and follow us, share and recommend us have enjoyed ‘casual fast dining’. What that really means is that we offer you the quality of food you will find in restaurants, at a faster service and more affordable prices! With a healthy bonus! Hummazing is not just about HUMMUS although we do make over 20 flavours fresh DAILY. Hummazing’s menu is unique and diverse and is a favorite of not only meat lovers but vegans, and gluten free lovers. Hummazing is most famous for it’s WRAPS and we confidently say we are the WRAP EXPERTS™! We serve a numerous number of wraps from Chicken, Beef, Steak, Falafel, Collard Green, Gluten Free and more. What makes us most proud is that ALL our MEATS are 100% FRESH, NEVER FROZEN and NEVER PROCESSED. We cut and marinate our own chicken, steak and beef! We make our own marinate too. We take our time to ensure that YOU the customers receives the best quality of food and experience; which is our philosophy. Oh and it’s all LOCAL! Hummazing also specializes in Salads (Fatoosh, Quinoa, Chickpea and Kale) Our Kale is grown right inside our restaurant and it’s ORGANIC! Come in and see for yourself. When you order a meat protein, it goes in our oven raw and cooks as you customize your order it’s never sitting or spinning waiting to be served. We also want you to know that we have no hood system therefore we don’t FRY anything at Hummazing. We serve the now famous HUMMburger a vegetarians dream come true and our HUMMtacos have become a big hit. You get to customize everything on our menu, from your favorite flavours of hummus, the garlic, veggies, sauces which we also make ourselves and never come off a truck! We are soon launching our Hummazing Blasts™, a new age of juicing right from our organically grown veggies in our store and the best part is we put CHICKPEAS in all of our drinks to give you that protein fix that you need! Hummazing is proud and takes pride in supporting our community. From the International’s children’s games, to providing snacks at the upcoming United Way iclimb at the WFCU; we want to promote healthy and smart eating. We support our local sports teams and charities that need a gift certificate for their event. We do NOT put hidden msg’s and nitrates in our foods or vegetables, we make everything ourselves and we take pride in that! You know what you are eating and yes it’s Hummazing! We the owners (Fadi & Rami) love being in the store, talking and engaging our customers new and loyal. We take pride in what we serve and how we serve it.
