Hummus Plate My first time making hummus at home! So delicious!! I ate it on a homemade Socca (a garbonzo bean pancake) cut into smaller hunks. I served it with a sprinkle of cayenne and paprika, a drizzle of olive oil, kalamata olives and a side salad. Ended up eating it all together in, as my mother calls it, perfect bites where you have a little bit of everything with each one :) 2 cans garbonzo beans 1/2C water 1/3C tahini 1/4C lemon juice 2T olive oil 2 cloves garlic 1.5tsp salt Dash of paprika Sprinkle of dried parsley or some fresh chopped parsley if you have it Blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Makes about 3.5-4 cups.
