This is why I have been so vocal all of these years that WHAT I DO WORKS!! Giving someone hope that was loosing it, is the best gift in the world!!! This comment really touched me this morning!! :*) ***Thank you Aurora for sharing your story you are my inspiration, I was diagnosed just over 2 years ago but was having problems for about 10 years it is my dream to complete the full ironman one day but have recently started a strength and conditioning program so as to lead into training for triathlons I also hope to become a personal trainer so I can help people with MS and other conditions I to believe in nutrition and other complementary therapies to help us along our way.
