Hunting is a reflection of our lifestyle and the accompanying adversity inspires dedication. Often beyond ones control, hunting is a true test of man. Adding sacrifice of family and vacation time, months of physical preparation and monetary expense, there is an emotional investment that tests one’s spirit beyond comprehension, ten days in the backcountry. Covering over 75 miles in less than eight days, with another two days of glassing, this was a journey filled with hard work, laughter and comradery, going well beyond the pursuit of Moose.
