Huntington-area, full-time employment: Valley Health has full time positions available for Patient Account Representative specializing in collections. Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Duties include but are not limited to: Outreach to patients by phone to help identify alternative payment sources (Sliding fee, insurance from the marketplace, etc.), collection of past due balances and setting payment plans. ICD9/CPT coding and Intergy experience preferred. Successful candidate must be detail oriented.
