Hurriyat said that it is ironical and invitation extended by subjugated people would definitely have an effect on the disputed nature and status of Kashmir issue and India in order to justify its occupation would exploit the said invitation and the negotiations .Hurriyat while justifying the resolution of the Kashmir issue through international intervention added that the issue is a sensitive, pending and recognized at international level and added however the dialogue held in a third country would be much more appropriate and more beneficial. Friday, in a press statement ,spokesman, Ayaz Akbar added that it is an established and concrete policy of Hurriyat led By Syed Ali Geelani that it would in all circumstances avoid confrontation with individuals and resistant groups and added we won’t hurt any one’s self esteem or sentiments ,but however Since the freedom movement takes priority over all interests and profit, so it is also necessary and we have decided to put our stand in a dignified and courteous manner and added honest opinions on issues related to the freedom struggle of the nation would be placed before the people. Hurriyat spokesman said ,that the Kashmir dispute has been discussed in international forums, and eighteen resolutions were passed in United Nations and added a bilateral pact was framed even at Tashkent in Soviet Union .Spokesman added that though these bilateral agreements were framed but the issue remained a core matter in all international forums. Terming the proposed talks at Muzafar Abad a bid to wrap up the issue, spokesman added that it would cause an adverse consequence to its international status and it is the motive and aim that authorities in India wish to make the issue a mere dispute between the two countries . Spokesman while referring to the ploy framed by the India said, that it is their game plan to make the global voices irrelevant .While referring to the other international issues ,spokesman added that while dealing the Palestine issue ,instead of discussing the issue, the negotiations are held at Cairo,USA ,UNO or in some other countries instead of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv or Gaza, and thus the exercise yields some results .Spokesman said ,Kashmir issue is as important as Palestine and added while Kashmir is a cause of unrest in subcontinent and Palestine in middle east and both the issues are the basic cause for turmoil and instability for the whole world. .Spokesman said that two nuclear powers are directly or indirectly involved with the conflict and this is a constant threat to the peace and apprehensions with respect to international peace cannot be ignored. Hurriyat Conference, spokesman added from the day of its inception has reiterated its stand that unless Kashmir issue is resolved, the threat to international peace will remain there and would lead to a negative impact over the, cultural or other social activities. Spokesman added that Hurriyat conference invites all sensitive and learned people to deliberate over the issues with cool mind and study our stand which is based on facts and principle. Aamir@
