Hurt the old low back today trying to pull 555. Good pull to the knees and then...lost control of the pelvis and the low back muscles got pulled apart. Am I worried...absolutely not. Breathe, find reference centers, let my tissues relax, reduce my fearful mind and tissue guarding, dont rush the process. When youre trying to be the strongest in the country you do extreme things with your body. Extreme trauma can ensue. Theres a reason I dont train other people the same way I train myself, and in some ways I welcome injury and pain because it will teach me many things. So heres to all the nut jobs who do crazy things and to all the savages who know that when the dust settles everything will be just fine in the end.
