Hutch has a lot of exciting beer news coming up this week! Grab and pint and check it out! Theres a new beer on tap today, Angry Petes Pale Ale brewed with only Sorachi Ace hops. If youve never tried Sorachi Ace they are a completely unique hop with a definite lemongrass aroma and hints of coconut and pineapple. Mug clubbers get 50 cents off today only! Did you know that next week is Amercan Craft Beer Week? Were so psyched here at Crossroads that were starting a day early! Beginning tomorrow, Sunday May 11th, well have a new beer or beer special on tap every day. But if youre a Mug Club member the news is even better, you get $1 off all beers for the ENTIRE WEEK! Heres the exciting line up of beers: SUNDAY 5/11: Were tapping a special naturally conditioned keg of our Abbey Road Belgian-style Dubbel. Bring your Mom out for a pint! MONDAY 5/12: Have you ever had our Outrage IPA poured Nitro-style? Well Monday is your chance! Nitro IPA on tap. WEDNESDAY 5/13: Were releasing a keg of Winterizer from our aging cellar. Wiener Wednesday & Winterizer! THURSDAY 5/14: Its the debut of our new Brewers Night. I will be offering tours from 5-8 pm on request, tapping a cask of our new Angry Petes Pale Ale, and were offering a special appetizer, created by our talented Sous Chef Nick, specifically paired with the Angry Pete. Nick has created a sausage, brie and apple tart that should taste great with the fruity lemongrass aroma of the Sorachi Ace hops. Brewers Night will become a regular Thursday event for us here at Crossroads. FRIDAY 5/15: Were releasing a keg of Flavor Saver, the collaboration Saison brewed by Crossroads, Peekskill Brewing & Stillwater Ales. We havent tapped a keg of this in over six months, but it tasted amazing last time we had it on tap. One night only! SATURDAY 5/16: Well be tapping a special brand new beer. More details to follow, but suffice it to say it involves cocoa & vanilla. And did somebody say bourbon? Stay tuned!
