Hybrid Fitness offers 80+ coached classes a week, with something for EVERYONE. Check out our new schedule, effective July 7th: ow.ly/yIAwj This is not your cookie-cutter approach to fitness. We recognize that every person who walks through our doors has a different goal, a different athletic background, etc. We offer different programs to accommodate all of your goals, from weight loss and general health to increasing strength and performance. Our fundamentals classes support and provide a foundation for all of our programs, and we strongly encourage members, regardless of program, to try Mobility, Gymnastics and Skills/Lifting fundamentals classes. There are a few schedule variations in the PDF attached - one with ALL classes and two broken down into program categories to allow you to view classes more easily. Printed versions will be available at the gym by end of week, and the online class schedule has been updated to allow for class sign in. If you do not know what classes you should be attending, we offer all members a free Performance Analysis with a trainer. This Analysis is a one-on-one assessment, allowing us to assess your mobility, conditioning and strength. Based on your results and your goals, we will then send you a training prescription/guide to make sure youre on the correct path towards reaching your goals! Let us know what questions you have!
