Hybrid ~ Water Kefir + Fruits Enzyme Improved Recipe: 1 small Organic Green Papaya (sliced) 1 small Pineapple (chunks/neat juice) 4-5 Organic Cloves 1/8 tsp Organic Cinnamon Powder 1L Filtered Water 1/2 cup WKG 1/2 cup Organic Raw Sugar/Molasses Sugar/Palm Sugar/Brown Sugar Options: Combination of sugar used, add an orange (neat juice) or other high fructose fruits. Mix all the ingredients, taste the sugary water & remember the taste. Leave it at room temperature to ferment for 2 approximately days. Once you notice there are whitish bubbles, then taste the juice. Compare the sugar level prior to fermentation. If the sweetness is low, then its ready for harvest. Scoop all the residues + WKG, into a big bowl, add water for easy separation. Strain the Water Kefir Enzyme & bottle up. Optional ~ You may add 2-3 tbsp of honey/maple syrup/ Oligo 900 for sweetness. Do not screw tight the cap lid. Keep refrigerate for 1/2 day. Enjoy!
