Hypnobabies (Official) asks moms who have used Hypnobabies to send them their birth announcements. I just loved reading this one from Hypno-Mom Angel: Theo Teddy Forest McNall born 2/24/10. 8lbs. 10oz, cutest thing about when he was born.., after they laid him on my chest, he hugged me and then lifted his head and looked right into my eyes. It was amazing! I had a natural birth in the hospital. When I first started really laboring, I was having a really hard time because he was posterior. Even though Id been studying Hypnobabies for months, I forgot (?!) to use my CD! My doula said that I might be able to get the baby to turn if I got on my knees and leaned on the back of the bed. I put on the CD and became so relaxed that the nurse thought my labor went away! He turned and I dilated 5cm in an hour, and he was born 1/2 hr later! It was extraordinary! Hypnobabies saved me from a C-section!
