Hypothesis: With the following ingredients: boneless skinless chicken breast, lemon juice, bread crumbs, pepper, oil I can make breaded lemon chicken breast. Apparatus: Frying pan, stove, bowl, spatula, wisp Method: Crack egg into bowl. Add lemon juice and pepper. Add bread crumbs. Coat chicken breast with mixture. Put chicken breast in frying pan and begin to cook on medium. Flip regularly until cooked. Result: Cooked chicken breast with burned egg/lemon juice/breadcrumb concoction stuck permanently to the bottom of the pan. Conclusion: I cannot make breaded lemon chicken breast.
