Háu Mitákuyepi naháŋ Mitȟákȟolapi, I must ask for forgiveness, for it has been a while since I posted a word of the day. The last month or so has been busy for me and full of all sorts of happenings. With that said, here is the word of the day: PehÁŋ (To fold smth up (as a blanket), fold and flatten.) Ógle kiŋ wapéhe. I folded the shirt. Waglúžaža na peháŋ ékignaka yo/ye. Do your laundry and fold it up and put it away. Toháŋl hayáke kiŋ puspúza heháŋl miyéčipehiŋ kta oyákihi hwo/he? When the clothes are dry, could you fold them for me? Hékta okó kʼuŋ héhaŋ wawákiyužaža naháŋ wéčipehaŋ heháŋl amápȟiŋ na oáli kiŋ iȟpémaye. Last week I washed her clothes and folded them for her and then she hit me and threw me down the stairs. ;) I wish you all a wonderful weekend. Oh and if I made any mistakes or if there is a better way to say something than I did above, please feel free to let me know....Im just a pup learning ;)
