Hỡi đồng bào nhân dân cả nước??? Chúng ta những con người mang trong mình dòng máu lạc hồng cao quý và chúng ta những người dân Việt Nam nói riêng yêu hòa bình, mở rộng hợp tác…. Và cộng đồng bạn bè thế giới! noi chung hay chung tay cùng nhau đoàn kết dẹp bỏ tư tưởng quân phiệt chuyên chế và chủ nghĩa bành trướng của chủ nghĩa đế quốc. Thay mặt nhân dân việt nam và thế hệ trẻ Việt Nam Tôi yêu cầu lãnh đạo đảng và lãnh đạo nhà nước, các ban nghành (Ngoại giao,Chính Trị ) có những động thái nhất định yêu cầu Trung Quốc Thực hiện nghiêm hiến pháp và quy định về biển đông. Nếu không thục hiện chúng ta sẽ cương quyết và huy động lực lượng đoàn kết toàn Đảng,toàn Dân và toàn Quân và sự giúp đỡ của cộng đồng thế giới…. quyết tiêu giệt bọn xâm lăng !!!! nếu các bạn và độc giả thấy điều đó là cần thiết hãy chung tay góp một ý kiến bằng trí tuệ và ý trí của riệng mình cho nhà nước.
