I AM SPARTACUS Dept.= just finished from having spent about 4 hours on the flick that perhaps placed Stanley Kubrick on the map (all 196.34 minutes of it + the extras on the DVD) - a flick that dealth on the subject of slavery... if for one thing it seems similar for me when all thats conventional was removed from the world of the title character before he reached his teens as it was for me, not that i got sold into slavery, butd to deal with moving away from our hometown and get to the dried rivers of Bagbag, which is quite a pioneer among them ironically remote areas in the not-so dried up regions of Manila that are overhauled prior to be infested with the lot of subdivisions, wherewithal with no point of exaggeration it did looked odd in a beautiful way like a place out of the Teletubbies then - as if it were a dimensional pocket straight out of New Zealand; anyhow- were all given into slavery anyway once we sold ourselves to an employment, the crux of a blessed necessary evil should it be said, thats been laid as an albeit useful curse of God to man (Genesis 3:19) anyhow-- as on the link, might as well get the CRITERION double disc collection edition as such; the copy ive only gives a glimpse of 3 1/2 deleted scenes + an old literal behind-the-scenes clip called Galdiator School
