I AM TOTALY MIFFED!!! Excuse my language!! Does anyone know anyone high up in the Portsmouth Public Works Dept?? They can give me a citation for my grass being to high and tell me if its not cut in so many days they will cut it for me at a cost of $250 back when I was 8 month pregnant, but they can leave a giant orange and white cone thingie in my drive way because it has washed out underneath and is a hazard for two months??? What the heck!!! I have been kind and patient I understand the person who answered the phone is not the problem, I waited for the budget to be passed, I waited for the measurements to be taken and I have waited 2 weeks for the only city engineer that we have to come off vacation ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HE IS OFF AGAIN THIS WEEK!!!!! My next call will be just as kind and patient to one Mr Andy Fox of WAVY On Your Side Fame!!! This is crazy!!!
