Then tack on California Penal Code Section 417 as it relates to Brandishing a Firearm - Mandatory Minimum 3 months to a year alone - And if you add on Displaying it Angrily or in a Rude, Disrespectful, Evil or Hulk-ish manner [purely subjective] on Public Property like the street or sidewalk he was on... SHOULDNT HE STILL BE IN JAIL? This video is 5 minutes and 2 seconds longer than the 2 seconds it took the Officer in Cleveland to gun down 12 year old Tamir Rice on a playground. I WONDER IF HE WOULD HAVE STOPPED TO TALK ... WOULD LITTLE TAMIR HAVE GOTTEN HIS GUN BACK TOO? Officer talks all around it, but so many words says, the man has broken the Law in the State of California [STATES RIGHTS] and then decides to not to follow it. DEFINE: LAWLESSNESS.
