I GUARANTEE YOU once the foreign supply is out, this costly & spiraling out of cost, Florida sized & growing swamp, doubling before 2030, Texas will be getting it at a loss to us, we subsidizing as we have at times from the national purse, stupid deal, for years & years, & they will pump that crap out the Gateway, XL & the east,, ideally for better money, but CANADIANS will be pay, I guarantee you the highest price of all & screwed, we will make the overall average of that dirty oil more worth pursuing as they, like Bell & CRTC will have us by, most of our needs, the short & curly ones, indefinitely.
