I HATE COMCAST! Two phone calls to order my combined Infinity X-1 Upgrade System, and then, Comcast fails to send me ALL the equipment required for me to Activate my New X-1 system thus forcing me to go spend over an hour at the local Comcast Store to pick up the Modem, and a Spare Receiver for which I have NO USE because the Spare Room is only used for Storage, there isnt anyone in there. Why do we HAVE to have the Spare Box? Comcasts software system will not allow them to enter a #1 Value for Spare Boxes, only 2, or 3 Spare boxes... Meanwhile, the people who ordered my equipment failed to register the equipment they sent to me, as did the Customer Service Rep and Mgr that I spent near an hour with on the phone last night.... The Solution from the Rep at the Comcast Store? Send me home with yet MORE Equipment ALL of which will be returned with the Exception of the Freaking MODEM that I needed!! Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that this equipment wont function properly until a technician comes into our neighborhood to install a Filter ?
