$€₩I₦₲ ₳ $€€₯ I₦ ₲O₯₰ ₡HUR¢H. Before the concert begun, we had a lady preacher from Naija who delivered the word of God, thunderously. She left the dais and knelt down in full view, bowed her head and made a silent personal prayer. But after a few minutes, she leaped up, back to the pulpit and hastily announced that the Lord told her that we should sow a seed like good farmers. ( I strongly suspect she had forgotten to remind the sheep of their duty and subsequent blessings). We were promptly handed envelops, one per person, there was no escape. My pennies nor quarters were an option. Then she went back to her earlier posture. Mission accomplished. Now dearly beloved, (Wapendwa) I am not a pagan, I love the Lord, but I am a curios and realistic person. I came to the hall to be entertained, not to plant any seeds in a congregation I knew nothing about. So I crumpled my envelop and passed the huge basket down the pew.
