I Just Thought Of the Perfect Analogy For Capitalism, Conservatives, Liberals, and Socialists. ::posted Sat, 25 Oct 2014 03:54:22 +0000:: ift.tt/1DKPpMf On my way to get groceries I thought of the perfect analogy to explain the social dynamics of conservatives, liberals (In the North American political sense), and socialists. Think of an old beat-up car, past when it should have been replaced. A conservative will deny there is anything wrong with the car, saying that any accidents or mishaps are the result of bad drivers or terrible roads. He wont get it replaced until it either falls apart or kills him. A liberal will acknowledge there is something wrong with some parts of the car but doesnt want to go through the pain of getting a new one, so they buy new parts for it, each time hoping this one will be the fix. A socialist sees a broken car for what it is, and trades it in and takes out a car loan for a new, dependable hybrid.
