I LOVE MY CANINE CONNECTION TEAM!!! In the last couple of days I have heard, from so many of our clients, how much they appreciate the staff of the Canine Connection and I DO TOO!! Indeed, one of my biggest joys in operating the Canine Connection is seeing my team of amazing, dog-loving people extend their warmth, skill, and helpful spirit to others. Just as an example of this week alone, I had the great pleasure of: Welcoming back two former dog care divas, Alex and Jessica, who missed us as much as we missed them; observing one of my training mentees, Jen, demonstrate a new level of skill and confidence in working with our clients; seeing my two program managers, Becca and Natalie, represent our business in the most professional way at the Chico Home and Garden Show; hearing how fun our agility classes are thanks to Kathy, our dog sports instructor and Nicole, her assistant; talking with one of our exceptional team members, Lella, about ways she can expand her responsibilities at CC and tie them into her Chico State internship; and seeing every dog care person on our team pay the closest of attention to the well-being of every dog and client that are the heart and soul of our daycare and boarding program (Jennifer, Courtney, Wes, Dave, Lella, Hannah, StaySea, and Krissy). Above all, what I love most about my Canine Connection team is that together we are all dedicated to being the best we can be for all of you, our Canine Connection family of friends. We want to hear from you what we are doing right and what we can improve on. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!! WOOF!
