I LOVE THIS LADY! She is freakin hysterical. Her sense of humour is awesome because she doesnt take herself seriously. I think THAT is why she is so happy. :) She is none other than Chalene Johnson...and shes the creator of the VERY FIRST workout video finished from start to end, and that helped me lose nearly 30 lbs. Her personality comes through in every workout!
