I LOVED Reading Rainbow as a little kid, and Im glad to be able to support this project now, even though I can only donate a little bit. It fueled my love of books in a way that I suspect todays AR-centric climate does not, particularly considering how most of my students absolutely loathe reading by the time they make it to me in the 8th grade. Maybe this can help kids realize that reading (in addition to being very important and all that boring stuff) is actually amazingly fun once you find a book you love. :)
