I MUST SAY I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH MANGO AIRLINES...ON SATURDAY 1ST OF NOV 2014 WE DEPARTED O.R TAMBO AT 7:10 AM ENROUTE TO ZANZIBAR...45MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT WE HAD TO TURN BACK BECAUSE OF ENGINE PROBLEMS...RETURNED TO O.R TAMBO AND HAD TO WAIT IN THE EXISTING PLANE FOR OVER 1.5 HOURS WITHOUT BEING OFFERED ANYTHING TO EAT OR DRINK ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT ANOTHER PLANE WAS BEING PREPARED FOR US...AFTER THE LONG WAIT WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER PLANE AND ONCE AGAIN HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS..AND AGAIN WE WERE NOT OFFERED ANYTHING TO EAT OR DRINK THOUGH WE OFFERED TO PAY FOR FOOD N DRINKS.WE WERE TOLD THAT U NOT ALLOWED TO SELL FOOD OR DRINKS TILL WE WERE IN THE AIR...SO YES ONCE AGAIN HAD TO WAIT AS THE PILOT INFORMED US THAT HE NEEDS CLEARANCE TO TAKE OFF...ANOTHER 1.5 HOURS HAD PASSED AND FINALLY WE DEPARTED..THIS WAS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE JOURNEY I AND ALL PASSENGERS HAD TO ENDURE...WE MISSED A WHOLE DAY OF OUR HOLIDAY DUE TO MANGO AIRLINES UNPROFESSIONAL ISM...OH YES AND THEY RAN SHORT OF FOOD ON THE NEW FLIGHT AS WELLL ....:( :( :( ...DISAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED....
