I REALLY Hate this when a long time friend Mr XXX whom I have not met or heard from in many years suddenly called me and asked me for a Meeting. I suspected d what he wanna do. It is either to ask me to join his venture in Direct Sales.... Insurance....Unit trust... Investment scheme... buy things from him blah blah blah! After I told him I am not gonna waste everyones time ... he became defensive...and said he has nothing to sell to me la!!... I just wanna meet up and yum cha. I said Oh ok.....maybe you can call me next week to arrange a time? Well...he didnt call...and no longer calls me anymore hahaha. If he was genuine....he wouldve. Kakaka.... Since I am no longer a PROSPECT for his whatever Scheme he is trying to shove down my throat....he no longer wanna have anything to do with me? Oh...ok. Thank GOD! Fast forward 3 months later: This morning a long friend PM me : KG ...I met Mr XXX...hehehe.....and he asked me to join his DIRECT SALES CO! He was so persistent....and said he is earning 5 figure a month and said I too can earn as much and even more than him. Gosh....what a Moron! Now...I have nothing against Direct Sales....cos I too have done that before. However.... to call friends whom you have never seen or bothered with for many years just to ask them to sign up under you is a mockery to Friendship.
