I Thank God right now for an overall good report at the Drs office!!! My A1C was a 7.6 meaning I was a .6 from having a perfect sugar so Im doing something right keeping that diabetes straight!!! Just waiting on my prostate cancer screening thanking God in advance for that good report already!!! Blood Pressure perfect too!!! #Fat n Fit #I owe it to God #Im going thru changes n theyre for the better!!!!!
