I Tony Lea of Launceston in Cornwall. I am willing to give testimony at court, inquest, parliamentary debate or investigation, That since 2012 I have personally had to deal with 13 suicide attempts (all evidenced and reported and recorded to police and mental health teams). The one single factor of this is ATOS incompetences, arrogance and DWP not policing their own rules. I also have at least 2 who would be willing to make written statements to this affect. ATOS causes misery, suicides and Death. Not because these reforms are wrong, but because they refuse to even do the assessments professionally.
