I WANT TO THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU THAT ATTENDED OUR 3RD ANNUAL ALL WHITE STEPPERS EXTRAVAGANZA!!!! Thank You, Thank You, and Thank You!! I first thank God for giving me the vision of an All White Extravaganza and allowing it to come to fruition for the 3rd year. In addition, I thank him for allowing each of you to return safely to your destination. As you read this message, hopefully every one of you are well rested from our four days of skating, dancing, swimming, karaoke, dancing, networking, connecting with old friends, connecting with new ones, more dancing, fellowship with everyone and having a good old Steppin’ good time, at our 3nd Annual All White Extravaganza Weekend, capping all the Steppin, dancing and parting off with the First Annual Worship Service, Presided by Minister Vera Legree King . I could not have put on such an extravagant event without the assistance and hard work of our committee, which consist of my Beautiful Committee Chair, Madelyn Saintclair and our Amazing Committee Members, Renee Brown, Deborah Carwise, Marsha LeBeau Tim, Kim Mowatt, Chazz Brown, Karen Brown-Rogers and a host of volunteers LeRosa Legree, Martin Carter, Sabrina Crawford, Pearl Ellison, Dida Hart, Myrlande Mondesir, Cammie Goss, Jacque Johnson, & Joan Hunter from both of my groups the Florida Steppers International and Jacksonville Jazzy Steppers,. As I prepare for our 4th Annual All White Extravaganza, August 14th – 17th, 2014, I want you to know that I value each of you in my heart because, if not for you this could not have been a another successful classy All White Steppers Extravaganza.. To the dance communities in the cities and states of Florida, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Jacksonville, Daytona, Orlando, Apopka, Palm Cost, Deltona, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Birmingham, Alabama, , Georgia, Atlanta, Kennesaw, Michigan, Oak Park, Detroit, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Akron, Milwaukee, Memphis, Chicago, Rockford, California ,Los Angeles, Oakland, Gary, New York, Dallas, San Antonio South Carolina, Raleigh, Fayetteville, North Carolina, Philadelphia, Kentucky, Flint, Las Vegas, Baltimore, Cleveland, Dayton, Ohio, Indianapolis, Indiana, Seattle, St. Louis, Memphis, Tennessee, and . Thank you for taking the time to make the necessary arrangements in traveling to our venue. Your efforts are truly appreciated! To Minister Vera LeGree King- Thank you for the Spiritual Sermon Sunday Morning at our First Annual All White Steppers Extravaganza Worship Service. A typical worship service may include a greeting and opening prayer, time for people to greet each other, scripture readings, silent prayer and meditation, an offering, the Lord’s Prayer, the sermon, special music and hymns, a, praise team (Carolyn Walker, April Smith, LaRosa Legree, Maria Cephas, and one volunteer) and closing prayer. WELL!!!! ( in my deep heavy pastor voice) we had all that and some. We had church up in there at the Marriott. To our musical entertainer, Feloney Davis. Thank you for serenading us with your musical talent! To the Ticket Agents-Ms Candy, Regina Angela Coko Hardnett, Renee Brown, Dru Smith, Patrick Moore, Regina Charnell Williams, Jacky Ponton, Lenore Goodwin, Rodney Wilson, Fess & Shawn James. I applaud each of your efforts and time! To Regina Thomas a Special Thank You & The Kings & Queens of South Florida as the recipient of the First Annual All White Steppers Extravaganza Ticket Agent Award. To our workshop facilitators-Royce Banks, Shawn James, Ted Williams, Carolyn Patterson & Denise Fortune, Dru Smith & Maria Cephas. Thank you for providing workshop instruction and sharing your talent with our attendees. I am sure that everyone that was in attendance can truthfully say that they left with techniques that can be used in their dance repertoire. To the DJs- DJ Rodney Mack, and a Special Thank You to Tony Marshall of Miami. Each of you did a remarkable job showcasing your musical strategies that kept everyone on the dance floor and the party moving with the awesome selection of music! To my Master of Ceremony-Dru Smith..Thank you for keeping our guest entertained, our Worship service flowing, but mostly thank you & God for allowing you to be in our midst…Only HE CAN DO THESE THINGS….and I Thank HIM TOO FOR THAT!!!! To Mr. Bruce Skwarlo, Stephanie Adams, Jennifer Hercher Janet Labrada, Chefs & the entire Marriott Staff, Thank you for providing the food, venue & hospitality, our Voyage could not happen without each of you. To the Vendors-Thank you for being a part of our gala, marketing your merchandise to my guest at a reasonable rate…Hope to see you next year…. We are looking forward to seeing each and every one of you again next year at the 4th Annual All White Steppers Extravaganza, along with those who were not in attendance this year to continue our 4 days of Steppin’ again on August 14-17, 2014 at the Orlando Marriott, Lake Mary, Florida. We promise to continue to shower you with the grandest hospitality, entertainment, love and lots of Steppin’.
