I absolutely love the day after my challenge groups end! No, it isnt because I can loosen up my portion sizes, its because nothing is more amazing than hearing about the mind-blowing accomplishments of my challengers. I still have a few who have yet to do their after pictures and measurements, but so far today here is what I saw: 1 Challenger lost 6.2lbs and 7 inches and another lost 4.9 lbs and 9.5 inches! One of the challengers said it best Im pretty excited myself. I didnt even need to take a bunch of pills to get these awesome results like I have done many times in the past
