I accepted the #alsicebucketchallenge! My beautiful cousin, Pam Gayle nominated me. I did it in honor and memory of my sweet Mom who lived with this evil disease for at least five years. She passed away three years after her diagnose. She never wanted any one to feel sorry for her. We watched her handle ALS with dignity, grace, humor and a strong walk with her Father God. My dad was her help-mate and never wavered in his care for her. I miss my Mom terribly, but I am so grateful she is healed and living in Heaven! I will, of course donate money to ALS and wanted to also do the challenge because I have called friends out to do this challenge AND I very much want this Ice Bucket Challenge to keep going and raise more and more money.
