I agonized over this decision but Ive decided not to pursue a Hip Hop career at this stage in my life. I finally realized that you simply cant go back. I had me some good tymes bustin rhymes with Tupac, Biggie and ODB (Old Dirty Bastard) back in the day. I fathered children by every one of the Me So Horny dancers (in a single year) and loved the life style...every tour meant a new town, another woman, another gun-shot wound...but those days are over for me now and I need to be happy with just the memories. These same old feelings led me to post the fake Kelly Clarkson thing. You see I met a real celebrity once...back in my hometown...in the early 80s. And I guess I was trying to recapture that special moment. Her name was Vanessa del Rio and for my money she is right up there with Meryl Streep, Faye Dunaway, Charlotte Rampling and other 70s screen legends. Of course her wardrobe was much more limited and her lines fewer. In fact most of her lines were directed either toward the ceiling or the carpet on the set. But her forte was action and she dominated every scene. I was also struck by her piety. I cant tell you how many times she cried out Oh God! Oh God! OH GOD!!! during the climax of her films. I was often reminded of Audrey Hepburn in The Nun. If you doubt me just rent a copy of Miss del Rios 1981 epic Between the Sheets. When she visited the local Art Theater on a national promotion tour I was first in line to get a signed snapshot. She jumped on my lap before the picture was taken and purred in her refined Bronx accent , Hey, baby. You wanna see my(censored)? Before I knew it she ripped open her blouse...and well lets just say I still have this treasured keepsake of my brush with a true lady and a great actress. I need to post it on my page...as soon as I learn how to create those little black boxes they use on pictures in scandal magazines...
