I agree with Teal. I cringe when I witness people denying their shadow selves and trying to manifest an unintegrated half existence. If you want to go more in depth with what Teal talks about here, watch the other two videos she recommends, and also take a look at her videos on shadow work. There are also good books on shadow work. That and inner child work helps us to heal and accept ourselves FULLY and live as a whole being, moving forward towards what we want to manifest, instead of denying and moving away from what we want to unmanifest. Yes, we are spiritual beings here having a human experience, but one of the biggest mistakes we make, collectively, is that once we awaken, we try to deny our shadow human aspects. There is a lot to be learned about this on our path to fully accepting ourselves as spiritual HUMAN beings, and showing ourselves the compassion we wish to show all others.
