I allow expressions of disappointments on nursing organizations in this page, as i acknowledge the following: 1) feedbacks are good mechanisms for quality improvement (thank us coz you get to know how members see you) 2) customers (members) feedbacks are VALID even if subjective (they are always right as you exist because of them) 3) if members dont feel (or know) what the organization is doing, it is not their fault (coz it is the organizations obligation to effectively communicate) 4) result is the only measure of action. If there is no result, action becomes useless. (Dont post actions, show us results) 5) perceptions are valid but not necessarily the whole truth because perspective is partial truth (see it from their point if view) 6) those who are sensitive to feedback should not lead (no one forced you to lead and by leading u become subject of measures and scrutiny) 7) disagreements need not mean disunity and divisiveness, but a democratic process of bringing out the best solutions (agree to disagree) 8) we can achieve UNITY in DIVERSITY (tolerate differences) 9) for as long as a single nurse remains a victim, there is a reason for us to engage Nurses for Change Movement because we MOVE to CHANGE for NURSES. Feel free to express, but be willing to also accept arguement. For as long as no right is violated and no unethical insults is made, FREEDOM of expression prevails. But remember, your right ends when the right of another begins...
