I almost made it to the end of my day without getting emotional. I have enjoyed the patients Ive met and there hasnt been any other job as a nurse that I have loved more. Dialysis has been such a huge learning experience. Its by far the hardest job Ive ever done. In the last 3 years Ive been through heartbreak and joy. Sometimes in the same day. I will surely miss my coworkers but even more so our patients. Now I gotta wipe these tears away and focus on my next adventure.
