I always begin with Good Morning, but today Ill have to begin with Good Evening. I apologize for my tardiness in posting. Ive been pretty puny today...headache, hot then cold, and just general ickiness. I feel a little better and want to post from JESUS CALLING. The Holy Father encourages us to relax in His healing Presence. When we spend time alone with Him, we are transformed. As our thoughts center more and more on Him, trust displaces fear and worry. Our mind is like a seesaw. When our trust in God goes up, our fear and worry automatically go down. Time spent with the Father increases our trust. It also helps us discern whats important and whats not. In Ephesians 5: 15-16, under the heading LIVING BY THE SPIRITS POWER, So be careful how you live. Dont live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Our energy and time are precious, limited commodities. We need to use them wisely...focusing on what is truly important. When we walk close to God and stay in the scriptures, God will show us how to use our time and energy. In Psalm 119: 105, Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path. I hope yall had a Spirit-filled Sunday. Mine wasnt too productive...Hope yours was better. Live by the Spirits power.
