I always give people the benefit of the doubt and not take someone elses opinion of someone as my own. I will be nice and try to get to know you for my self. I will and have even taken up for some of the people that others didnt like and picked on. But what do ya know. Some people can really fool ya. Sometimes it might be the opinions of others that save you a lot of wasted time. Maybe they spent more time with that person and their true colors were revealed and they are just warning you to watch your back. Lesson learned. And YES, as a matter of fact, slamming things around does help me feel better, for a minute, when someone makes me mad. Keeps me out of the trouble I COULD get into.
