I always have high regards for Italian football as my father - TopicsExpress

I always have high regards for Italian football as my father learned the game from them in his boarding school and I learned the same from him during my coaching days.....I loved to play in defensive half and is a huge fan of Paolo Maldini for his amazing defensive screening and ball snatching ability as a stopper......even I had an opportunity to play against my Italian boss in office ground 2 yrs back and understood that football is just so natural in their blood......Italy has given many great players like Paolo Rossi, Franco, Schilachi, Vieri, Baggio, Cannavaro or Buffon etc....so tonight all my attention will be on Andrea Pirlo who is a true legend in midfield and this is probably his last international tournament for his country....On the other hand England is always a big name in WCs but this team is not having the quality of their legends like Gary Lineker , Paul Gascoigne, Peter Shilton, Bobby Charlton or Bobby Moore etc.....we cant forget the fact that England had only invented this modern game of soccer so this match again ought to be a very exciting one between these two giants....
