I always hear a lot of preachers and Christians saying, Why spend a lot of time casting out and entertaining demons whereas Jesus spoke once and they left?. I always ask them back that, have you ever casted out a demon before? and most say, No. The minister you are critisizing for doing deliverance bottom line is that it doesnt matter how long they take but God is using them to set people free. We might not yet be in the level of speaking once but atleast we are somewhere with Christ, where are you? Im saying these things because Im personally sick and tired of hypothetical preachers and Christians, who knows what should have been done but they are not doing anything about it. People who preach about the problems of this generation yet they themselves have no solutions. I believe its time we start speaking with deeds. If you are addressing a false doctrine come with a true one, addressing false prophecies come with true ones, false miracles come with true and genuine ones. You hear others saying, these pastors are singing power but they are not raising the dead like Jesus, question is have you ever raised a dead person? If yes then you are qualified to speak. If no, keep silent and pray for Gods power in the church beginning with you as a big mouthed preacher. Acts 8:9-25 is the basis of my concern. A situation where Simon was a sorcerer who bewitched the Samaritans to percieve him as man of God, he was false like many today. However Philip the man of God did not go to Samaria with politics, He got there and preached Christ and he demonstrated the Kingdom of God with power. People received the Holy Spirit and were saved. Even the false minister Simon got born again from seeing the true power of God from a true man of God. After that he even wanted the Apostles to sell him the power. Point is, the Apostle were not big in speech but they demonstrated Gods power.
