I always knew there was a big difference in the mentality of worship leaders vs pastors, but i think there is a third category of of worship musician or song leader that helps make a little more sense (at least to my brain) in analyzing the dynamics of church leadership. i wonder how many would stay in ministry if the church refused a paycheck and insisted they find another job to pay their bills? would calling/faith trump our need for financial stability?! i fear weve lost the ability to disciple disciples. no joke. this makes me extremely sad....
