I always like being on the Strong/winning side that always calls the shots!! Thats why i feel helpless at a time like this! That Mzungus from the US and UK have decided to be irrational to the point of evacuating their low spending tourists from Kenya! The reason i feel bad is that even if Kenya decided to evacuate or even give an advisory to her citizens when both countries are hit by terrorists, NO one would even notice, in fact, no media house esp international media would even air that!! But my question is - why didnt the so called UK evacuate their defense forces who train in Kenya in the name of British army?? Why didnt the same UK evacuate Safaricom since Vodacom, the major shareholder is British?? Why didnt they evacuate Barclays and Standard Chartered?? Why didnt the US evacuate General Electric?? Why didnt they evacuate Hilton, Google, IBM, and all other American brands and companies?? Or their only worry is on how to rip our country of all the coins and repatriate them to their failing, coughing and faltering economies??! The govt must come up with even more stringent policies to make sure the profits these companies make are invested back in the country in key sectors that help Wanjiku!! To the US and the UK, all Kenyans now know you are not our friends!! And by the way, i now understand why Vladmir Putin and Russia behave the way they do towards this failing super Power and her allies!! Because they know how selfish they are esp in pushing their National and egoistic agendas!! We are Kenyan and Kenya is our Business..
