...I always vowed I would be honest with my customers and always offer the best customer service that I can. Over the past few weeks I havent been as fast at answering emails and enquiries or posting things out to people as I should of been and I can only apologise that things have slowed down on all of these fronts.This is an exceptionally busy time of year for anyone running a business and it really is tough to stay on top of everything. On top of the usual craziness that Christmas brings my health is not what it should be and I have had to spend lots of time at hospital appointments and seeking the help of medical professionals hence why this page has been quieter and why I havent been responding to emails as quickly as I normally would. CTS HQ has adopted the Keep calm and carry on saying and that is exactly what we have been doing, albeit at a slower pace. I am not in the habit of cancelling events and neither do I plan do but my health HAS to come before anything else so with this in mind I will be closing CTS for a couple of days the week commencing the 24th November. No emails or enquries on this page will be answered during this time and I will only have limited access to my pc and phone. No deIiveries will be offered from 23rd-26th November but collections can still be made. I am telling you this only so you dont think I am being rude if any requests you have for Christmas gifts seem to be ignored for this short period. Once I am back to work, normal, efficient service will resume immediately but in the meantime, please bear with me. I dont even have to type I hope you understand because I know by the amount of lovely customers I have, that you all will. Lots of love to you all and thanks, as always, for being awesome x x
