I am 52 years old and no one has to tell me not to let Children play in the yard while someone is mowing the yard. These two babies who have had their legs and feet mangled are not accidents but child neglect. Why would your child be playing in the yard when it is mowing. I was always taught that at the least, the lawn mower can throw a rock or God forbid a blade and cut your leg badly. I think something needs to be done before yet more children are mangled. Two this summer already.
