I am Dr. Know. This is long, but please take time to read it. I believe you will find it was worth your time. I find it interesting that everyone who opposed Obamacare was either labeled racists or accused of not caring about the poor. When we would try to explain to the illogical liberal on the other end of that tolerant rant, that we were simply concerned that the system being put in place was going to fail, and health care would be worse than it was to begin with, we were labeled uncaring and racists. We simply wanted to ask the question, who is going to pay for this? Logically, as conservatives, we understand that nothing is free. Somewhere along the line, someone has to pay for it. This little bit of knowledge seems to be as elusive to liberals as big foot or the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. We tried to explain that this free insurance would cause those of us who pay for insurance to be forced to pay more. We screamed from the rooftops that coverages would be dropped, premiums would sky rocket, and the new system would be unsustainable at its inception. We were again called alarmists, terrorists, extremists, RACISTS. Well - Obamacare rolls out. It is a disaster. The web site is an epic failure. People lose their insurance plans. Premiums skyrocket. The president and his press machine try to play damage control. The president starts losing the mainstream media. His fellow Democrats start feeling the heat from their constituents. He sees that it wont be long before they start running like rats from a sinking ship. Now he comes out and says that he is going to roll back part of the law and allow people to get their insurance plans back. This is just smoke and mirrors. How is this going to happen? The insurance companies will have to completely revamp everything AGAIN - then they will have to agree to take people back. They will not seek out the people they dropped. People will have to spend months if not years trying to get their coverage back. Its time to stop believing the lies. This is an EPIC FAILURE. Barack Obama owns it. Harry Reid owns it. Nancy Pelosi owns it. Every Democrat and Republican that sold their soul to pass it, own it. It is time to step up to the plate, admit failure, scrap this legislation that will ultimately be the demise of America, and move on. We told you this was not about race. We told you this was not about with holding health care. We told you this was not about scaring people. We told you people would suffer hardships. We told you this monstrosity was not sustainable. You didnt care. You chose to worship at the altar of big government. You chose to create a golden calf for yourselves in the form of the Affordable Care Act. Its now time for the righteous to destroy that calf and feed it to you. America - this is what happens when you vote for free stuff instead of freedom.
