I am Kontiki. TO ADOPT ME, PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] I only have 3 legs. Will you adopt me? The pain was horrendous and I couldn’t get my leg free no matter how much I pulled. What had caught my foot? As I waited for hours I was hungry and thirsty and really afraid. I saw a human coming towards me and this made me more frightened and I tried to run. He was obviously used to catching dogs as he caught me quickly and put me into a truck. I was bought to Soi Dog and some kind people looked at my foot and each day I was given medicine to make me feel better. Unfortunately the wound did not get better and it was decided that my front left leg would have to be amputated. The vets did a good job and even though it was a struggle at first, I am now getting used to hopping around. My name is Kontiki and I am 2½ years old.
