I am SO excited to let you in on this little beauty... its a winner! I threw these together yesterday, taste-tested them with my lovely neighbour and then caught my children taste-testing them - multiple times. They are... **~ Date & Lime Bliss Balls ~** In a food processor or other device, combine... ~ 1/2 cup of pitted medjool dates (plus a few extras for love) ~ 1/4 cup of whole almonds ~ 1 Tbsp of lime juice (I just squeezed half a small lime in!) ~ 1 Tbsp YIAH Key Lime Dukkah (or zest is fine) ~ 3 Tbsp shredded coconut ... until they are well blended and sticky. Roll into little balls and then... the best bit: ~ Roll each ball in YIAH Rose White Choc & Pistachio Dukkah! HEAVEN - this is my favourite Dukkah, but I always worry that the beautiful combination of flavours will be lost when you put it IN a recipe. Problem solved - just put it on the outside! Place these beautiful flavours on the Christmas list of someone you love - they will be loving you right on back!! T xx
