I am SO excited to share this video with everyone. In this video dancing with me is my 9 year old student Heith. Heith struggles daily with social skills, he has medication so calm him down his tantrums although dancing seems to work better than any medication ever could. His parents have told me since starting classes with me at Soul his tantrums have changed dramatically, instead of getting angry he now jumps into a handstand and doesnt come down until he is calm!! His aid at school lets him dance whenever or where ever he want because they see the positive results of hiphop in his behaviour. When Heith first started he was definitely a class clown and struggled to follow orders or simple steps, now he will stand and listen to me until i finish talking to him and execute perfectly what i have explained to him. Im so proud of you Heith you are an absolute star!!!
