I am a Buhari fan simply because of his KNOWN character. As humans we all have flaws. What we need at this stage of our nation building is selflessness. Many who express disdain for Buhari base their arguments mainly on his role as a military President. They have their points. Where they miss it is deliberate attempt to compare military regime with civilian era. However, many of us who are supporters of Buhari can do better than what and how we are currently propagating our product. Yes, people will make provocative and volatily sentimental comments to drag us into segregation using ethnicity and religion; the twin factors dividing us as a nation. My advice is for all supporters of change to resist all these provocations. When you take a product to the market, your preoccupation should be the selling point of the product. Disregard the market noise. The noise is a combination from many sources including your competitors, even mad men. All my brothers and sisters particularly of Northern origin should make efforts to refrain from insulting and abusing others even when provoked. They want to label you with their provocations so they can use your utterances against you and your candidate. The best we can do is to disregard such provocations. Let us discuss substances and shun pettiness. Some of them are spoilers. Many dont even have voters registration cards. They are like the black ant which can not help a giant to put on his trousers but can force him to remove it. They are dgstractions benefitting from the decadence of the country. Long live APC. Long live Nigeria.
